MarkFreeImg removes watermarks inside your browser. The short version of this page: your image never leaves your device.

Processing

When you choose a file, the browser reads it into memory and rebuilds the masked area locally. Nothing is uploaded, so there is no copy to expire and no retention period to quote.

Metadata

The result keeps the original resolution. EXIF fields such as GPS location are not written into the output file.

Model training

Your images are never used to train anything and never shared with a third party — they do not leave this device.

Cookies and storage

No tracking or advertising cookies. Your language choice and local history live in this browser’s storage and can be cleared at any time.

Network requests

The editor never sends image data. The only requests are the page and its assets; the host sees standard access logs (IP, time, user agent) that contain no image content.
